Members must post
A site like this only works if members contribute information, ideas, and experiences. Lurking is fine, but if the majority of people lurk, and do not contribute, it is just not worth the effort. Just a quick post about anything is fine. Somewhere you ate, somebody pissed you off, the price of gas..anything on your mind.(well....almost anything)
We're not asking for a dime. Just a bit of your time. Thanks very much for understanding.

Do you have a picture you'd like to post anonymously? Maybe a neighbor with a littered lot, government employees goofing off, illegally registered or parked cars, a restaurant with a filthy restroom, or just something you would like to make public. Just take a picture with a digital or cell phone camera and email it to Anonymous Pics
A little detail explaining the picture would be helpful, but not necessary. We will get it posted anonymously.

Is Dave Marks cooking at Spike's, or is someone else preparing his dishes using his recipes. I miss Calientes' food it was excellent, and the chips and salsa couldn't be beat. I have never been to Spike's, but will probably give it a try. I'm tired of the mexican restaurant in Somerset, and have been looking for something new. .Rebecca

I went on "opening day" and Dave was there - I believe he prepared my food.

That being said, he stated something to the effect that he wasn't going to be running the show, Spike's people were. I think he was on hand to show the Spike's crew how to assemble his food.

I don't know what kind of arrangement they have worked out, but my guess is that he gave Spike's his recipes/knowledge/expertise in exchange for a cut of the profits.
